\nUma liminar do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo (TJ-SP) suspendeu os efeitos de uma lei que muda o nome da Guarda Civil Metropolitana (GCM) para Pol\u00edcia Metropolitana em Ribeir\u00e3o Preto (SP). A decis\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria, que pode ser revertida pelo julgamento definitivo do \u00f3rg\u00e3o estadual, atende a um pedido da Procuradoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo, que moveu uma a\u00e7\u00e3o direta de inconstitucionalidade (Adin) contra a Prefeitura no interior do estado.
